Dice Chess Puzzle Rules
 White to win means that...
 You must give a complete strategy for white to win with probability 1.
 This means that if your strategy even gives Black a positive epsilon
probability of winning, no matter how small a chance, then you have failed.
 The puzzle calls for a probability 1 win, no matter what the expected
number of moves may be. (For example, Puzzle 0.1 above has roughly an expected
749 moves before capturing the king occurs; this can be calculated precisely
using Markov chains.)
